2012 Ford Ranger Wildtrak Promotional Video

The 2012 Ford Ranger should make it to the Thai market within 2011, and it should make a very good impact on the truck market. Check out the video and then duck below for some more comments, or to leave your own.

I have to say, I liked the new 2012 Ford Ranger design as soon as I saw the first images. But this video of the Wildtrak version makes the Ranger look even more impressive.

The video shows the 3.2 litre turbo diesel with 4-wheel-drive (top model no doubt), the Wildtrak will also be available in a cheaper (and no doubt more popular) 2.2 litre rear-wheel-drive variant.

Assuming that Ford don't cut too many corners for the Thai market, we can expect this to be a successful model for Ford.

Remember though, that this truck represents a niche in the market, where the majority of trucks are bought to do actual load lugging.
